Every so often, Adira Women’s Network brings together a panel of industry leaders to network and share their inspiring stories of life, career and business. MTANDAO is where we meet, with a sole purpose to connect and network so we can continue creating a community of bold, confident and wise women.
This July , we shall be hostng a special MTANDAO for Women in Tech in partnership with The Digital Transformation Center (DTC) at GIZ Kenya.
This MTANADAO has been designed having acknowledged that women in TECH struggle to find their voice in a male dominated industry. They have to work twice as hard to establish themselves and many lack the knowledge or skills to sift through “organaiational politics” and grow their careers into leadership position. As such, we would like to spend sometime together as we bring you a panel of women leaders who have navigated the local and global world providing and leading teams in technology.
