Are you a woman in tech in Kenya aged between 26 and 40 years, currently working in the technology field and ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? The Women in Tech Leadership Masterclass Fellowship Program is designed just for you!
About the Program
The Women in Tech Leadership Masterclass Fellowship Program has been developed and supported by a collaboration between ADIRA and The Data Transformation Center at GIZ Kenya. This program is a transformative 6-week blended coaching and training initiative aimed at empowering women in tech with the skills, knowledge, and network they need to excel in leadership roles. We are seeking an initial cohort of 30 exceptional women who are currently working in the technology field, regardless of the industry, and have experience leading a team or are positioned to lead a team.
Program Structure
- Duration: 6 weeks
- Format: Blended (a mix of physical and virtual sessions)
- Location: KOFISI 11th Floor Riverside Square, 104 Riverside Drive, Nairobi

Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Women aged between 26 and 40 years.
- Current Employment: Must be currently working in the technology field, regardless of the industry.
- Leadership Experience: Must have experience leading a team or be positioned to lead a team within their organization.
- Commitment: Ability to commit to the full 6-week program, including both physical and virtual sessions.
